Concert enquiries
The contact form sends your name, email, message and any optional phone, date and programme details by email so that your enquiry can be answered. It does not subscribe you to concert announcements. Technical delivery and abuse logs can contain your contact details, IP address and information from the enquiry. Access to these logs is restricted.
Concert notifications
If you choose to subscribe, your email, city, language, consent and subscription status are stored on the website server. A confirmation email is sent first; the subscription becomes active only after you follow its link. New confirmation links expire after seven days.
Registration and confirmation timestamps and IP addresses, together with the signup page, are also recorded to operate the subscription and prevent abuse.
You can withdraw your consent and ask to be removed by replying to a concert message or writing to the address above. Please use the email address you subscribed with. Concert dates are announced only when confirmed.
Optional analytics
You can use this website with essential functions only. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, Microsoft Clarity helps review website usability, and a first-party event log records navigation and interaction events with pseudonymous identifiers. Form field values are not included in these events. URL query parameters and fragments are removed from the first-party and Google event data, except campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, utm_id), which are kept with the view and events of any page whose address carries them, so that we can see which campaign or link brought you here. Clarity is not loaded if the address of the page, or of the page you came from, carries query parameters other than campaign tags and ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid). If the address carries such an identifier, Clarity is loaded only when marketing is also allowed; Clarity records the full page address, including these tags. The legal basis is your consent. Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_J73HMJLHW4 cookies (valid for 2 years) and Microsoft Clarity sets _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day). Google and Microsoft may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Optional marketing
If you separately allow marketing, the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is loaded on the pages of this website. It sends information about your visit to Meta: the full page address (with any campaign tags and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifier such as fbclid or gclid), the address of the previous page, technical data about your browser and device, your IP address and the browser identifier stored in the _fbp cookie. If your browser allows Meta cookies (for example because you are logged in to Facebook), Meta also receives them and can link the visit to your Meta account. On concert pages, Meta also receives events when the page is viewed, when a ticket button is pressed (with the concert number and ticket price) and when the video is played. This helps measure the results of concert advertising and show it to people likely to be interested. Automatic data collection from buttons and forms and advanced matching (sending email addresses or phone numbers) are switched off. Meta sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies on this website (valid for up to 90 days).
Justinas Stanislovaitis and Meta are joint controllers for the collection of marketing data and its transmission to Meta; Meta then processes the data as an independent controller under its privacy policy. The essence of this arrangement is set out in Meta’s Controller Addendum: Justinas Stanislovaitis is responsible for obtaining your consent and for this information, and Meta for handling your rights (access, deletion and others) regarding the data Meta stores after receiving it. You can exercise your rights against either of us. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent. If you allowed marketing and arrived from a Meta ad, pressing a ticket button passes the ad click identifier to the ticket seller Kakava.lt so that it can attribute the purchase to the ad. Kakava.lt’s own privacy settings and policy apply on its website.
Your analytics and marketing choices are remembered in your browser for 180 days. You can change them here, or with “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page, at any time; withdrawing consent deletes the analytics and marketing cookies stored on this website (_ga, _ga_J73HMJLHW4, _clck, _clsk, _fbp, _fbc) and the event-log identifier. Cookies that Meta and Microsoft keep on their own domains can be removed in your browser settings. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics and marketing.
Video and audio players
The website music player streams recordings directly from this server. The hosting provider determines an approximate country from the connection to select the Lithuanian or English version of the first song. The player does not send your IP address to an external lookup service or store it separately. If the country is unavailable, browser language is used as a fallback. You can change the song language at any time.
Your player language, volume, pause and off preferences are saved in local browser storage. Playback position is saved for navigation in the current tab, for up to four hours. These functional preferences are separate from analytics. Turn the player off with its close button; open it again with “Listen to the music” in the footer. Browser playback permissions may require pressing play.
YouTube and Spotify players load when you choose to play them. This connects your browser to the selected service, which processes technical information under its own privacy terms. You can also follow the direct link to listen on that service.
Provider information: Google / YouTube, Microsoft, Meta, Spotify. Web fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The hosting and email services process the technical information needed to display the site and deliver messages.
Access, corrections and deletion
To ask what information is held, correct it, withdraw subscription consent or request deletion, write to music@justinasstanislovaitis.lt. The request can be checked against the email address involved. Enquiry emails and technical logs are separate from the concert subscription list; please say which information your request concerns. You may also contact your data protection authority.
