Justinas Stanislovaitis is a Lithuanian artist based in Vilnius, creating original songs in Lithuanian and English. Pop, rock and alternative music form one direction of his work; the acoustic concert programme Between Silence and Light is another.
Original music
Recordings, releases and music videos explore his original songwriting. The catalogue includes Laiškas, Tarp Graikijos salų, Lisabona and the four-song mini-album Viskas įskaičiuota.
Between Silence and Light
A seated acoustic concert, 75–90 minutes, built around original songs and selected interpretations of Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, Peter Gabriel and Sting. The core format is a duo; solo and expanded formats can be discussed.
Other creative work
Justinas also develops the musical-poetic programme Lithuanian Myths and Legends and the original musical-theatre work Kur liko garsas. He founded the separate live event band Justin 3 in 2014.
His wider performance history includes Lithuania, Switzerland, Austria and Germany, including Samsung Showcase sessions. Concert enquiries from cultural presenters in Lithuania and Europe are welcome.
